Booking
No7 is bookable for a minimum of a three night stay
Visitors will have exclusive use of the house and the private garden for the duration of their stay.
Arrival / Departure
Arrival is from 4.00pm and
departure by 10.00am on the final day.
Mid-week cleaning/bed changing can be organised on request, at an additional cost – please request in advance.
Damages
Accidents happen, we know that – but please tell us if you break or damage something; we reserve the right to charge for replacement costs for ‘big’ items.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking after our booking confirmation has been issued, you should inform us in writing as soon as possible
– the effective date of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive such written notification.
In the event of cancellation by you, cancellation charges may be payable, as set out below.
The following cancellation charges apply (depending on the effective date of cancellation):-
* cancellation more than 72 hours before arrival: 25% of the stay;
* cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% of the stay;
*in the event of a ‘no show’ you will be charged 100% of the stay.
Availability and Booking
Bookings are based on a minimum three night stay.
With a £60.00 cleaning charge per booking added on top of the nightly fee.
